How much are association dues?
Association dues are billed annually. The fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30 each year.
As of 2021, association dues will be $400.00 for the 1st lot and $20 each additional lot. If you have additional questions regarding dues or billing, please contact our office.
Do I need a permit to install a culvert, build a structure, put an outhouse on your lot, place a camper on your lot, cut down a tree, etc.? How do I apply for a fire number? Please take an opportunity to review Cass County's rules and regulations. Here is a link to Cass County's Permit Application that covers most of your needs: http://cms4.revize.com/revize/casscounty/document_center/ApplicationpermitForms/Building_Sanitary_Permit_for_Residential.pdf
What is the speed limit in the park?
The speed limit is 20 mph on ALL Wilderness Park roads. If you are caught speeding, you are subject to fines and/or loss of use of the pool/ and clubhouse.
Can my children drive ATVs on the roads?
Although roads in Wilderness Park are privately owned, we are still obligated to follow all MN rules regarding ATV riding. We strongly encourage all children to wear helmets and obtain their ATV safety certificates. Remember children under the age of 16 are not permitted to ride on the roads without adult supervision.
Is there a quiet time?
Please be respectful of others in the park. We have a number of members who live in the park full time. Although you may have a weekend of fun planned, your neighbor may need to get up early for work. If you don't want your neighbor cutting trees by your bedroom window at 5 am, then it is a good idea to park your 4 wheelers, dirt bikes and loud vehicles at a reasonable time. Also please remember voices carry a great distance in the woods. It is not uncommon to hear laughter and talking across the lake in the summer.
What is the cost to rent the upstairs of the clubhouse?
