It has come to our attention that the documents sent stated members are unable to vote if they are not current with their dues, which is lawfully untrue. This requires revisions and makes the current votes received invalid. The documents have been removed from this page until further notice. The Board is working hard to be sure the documents follow state statutes and Cass County rules. We sincerely apologize for the delay. New Covenants and Bylaws will be voted on in the future at a Special Meeting to be announced.  Please stay tuned for updates.

At the Annual Meeting, the year is recapped, new board members are voted in, and the  25-26 fiscal year budget is provided.
